Manage site operations department consisting of two network engineers, a database administrator and ERP manager. Responsible for all infrastructure for production web site plus development
and office infrastructure.

- HP Netservers as web server farm
- Cisco Local Director for load balancing web traffic
- Compaq clustered servers as database servers
- Cisco routers
- Nokia Firewall w/Checkpoint software
- Installation, management and maintenance of production backend WAN
- T-1 connectivity to corporate data center
- T-1 connectivity to fulfillment center
- Installation, management and maintenance of remote fulfillment center site
- Fulfillment center PCs and printers
- Wireless network for hand held RF bar readers
- Installation, management and maintenance of production web site software infrastructure including:
- Microsoft Windows 2000 AS
- Microsoft IIS 5.0
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000
- Fascor Warehouse Management
- Great Plains eEnterprise
- Installation, management and maintenance of office LAN with Windows 2000 for file and print, Exchange email
and development web servers.
